We’re excited to announce the release of version 5.0.0 of the BeyondWords WordPress plugin.
This update introduces key enhancements to plugin settings, providing a more streamlined and integrated experience moving forward.
Easily customize key features, including voice settings and player options, all within the WordPress environment.
What’s new with WordPress plugin v5.0.0?
- Settings now uses a tabbed interface.
- The new interface includes settings from the BeyondWords dashboard, allowing you to edit your project settings without leaving WordPress.
- Changes made in the WordPress plugin are reflected in the BeyondWords dashboard when saved, and vice versa.

Highlights
- Support of legacy audio player deprecated
- The legacy player is no longer supported in this version.
- The standard BeyondWords Player is now the sole option for audio playback within WordPress.

- For an updated list of available filters, consult our WordPress filters documentation.
